Responsibilities:

• Provide daily and 24/7 on-call support for the Ocotillo site.
• Interfacing with the Business Team to achieve all contract requirements
• Customer facing role with complete knowledge of contract requirements with the ability to communicate effectively with the customer to resolve any questions or requests from customer
• Safety Process compliance and process safety management are considered a key site focus area.
• Providing environmental, safety, and quality training to the operations and maintenance teams.
• Support day-to-day operations, including troubleshooting plant process problems, directly supervising daily plant activities, meeting all reporting requirements, and driving plant maintenance and improvement projects.
• Working with the operations team and supporting resources to achieve productivity targets in all areas.
• Identify maintenance concerns and implement corrective or preventative measures.
• Interface with the customer and ensure all products and services meet contractual specifications.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years in an operations role with demonstrated expertise in ASU (Air Separation Unit) process knowledge
• Engineering background
• Completion of the Supervisor Fundamentals Program
• Demonstrated leadership and interpersonal skills
• Proven success in Safety, Environmental, Quality, and Employee Involvement initiatives
• Strong operational experience in plants of similar complexity
• Commitment to employee involvement, team building, and diversity
• Track record of driving continuous improvement
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Prior customer-facing experience is a plus
• Self-starter with proven leadership capabilities
