Electro-Mechanical Assembler

Take your assembly skills to the next level! Staffmark is seeking a detail-oriented Electro-Mechanical Assembler to join a dynamic team in Sugarland, TX. This is a hands-on role perfect for candidates with experience assembling electronic or electromechanical components and who take pride in precision and quality.

Pay & Schedule

• $16-$17/hr
• 1st Shift

What You'll Do

• Assemble computer chassis and electromechanical sub-assemblies.
• Integrate electronic components, route wires, and apply RTV.
• Perform sub-assembly testing and quality checks.
• Read and follow procedures, drawings, and work instructions.
• Use hand tools safely and maintain a clean, organized workspace.
• Lift and handle heavy components as needed.
• Follow safety protocols and company quality standards.

What We're Looking For

• Minimum 6 months of experience assembling electronic or electromechanical components.
• Strong communication and writing skills.
• Attention to detail, reliability, and commitment to safety and quality standards.
• Manual dexterity and ability to work in confined spaces.
• Comfortable lifting and handling heavy components.
