POSITION OVERVIEW:

Clearway Health is seeking an experienced Salesforce Developer to support and enhance our Sales Cloud environment. This individual will play a key role in designing, developing, and optimizing workflows tailored to our client development team. The ideal candidate is highly independent, skilled in both technical development and business process discovery, and comfortable engaging with senior executives to translate business needs into scalable Salesforce solutions.

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES / DUTIES:

  • Lead the discovery and analysis of current Salesforce Sales Cloud workflows to identify opportunities for optimization.
  • Design, develop, test, and deploy Salesforce customizations, including custom objects, workflows, flows, triggers, and Lightning components.
  • Partner with client development executives and company leadership to ensure Salesforce supports strategic goals and day-to-day efficiency.
  • integrate Salesforce with additional collaboration/productivity tools to streamline communication and task management.
  • Establish best practices for Salesforce configuration, development, and documentation.
  • Serve as the internal Salesforce subject matter expert and provide guidance on platform capabilities, limitations, and roadmap.
  • Monitor system performance and proactively recommend enhancements to improve user experience and adoption.
  • Collaborate with IT, operations, and vendor partners to ensure data quality, security, and compliance across systems.

EDUCATION:

B.S or M.S in Information Healthcare Management, Computer Science, or equivalent experience in the field.

CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS REQUIRED:

Salesforce certifications would be a plus.

EXPERIENCE:

Required:

  • 3+ years of Salesforce development experience with a focus on Sales Cloud.
  • Strong technical expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components, Visualforce, and Salesforce APIs.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead discovery sessions and translate business needs into technical solutions.
  • Experience integrating Salesforce with third-party applications (e.g. Slack and productivity tools).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with proven ability to engage directly with executives and business stakeholders.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, able to work independently with minimal oversight.

Preferred:

  • Salesforce Developer or Administrator certification(s).
  • Experience in healthcare, specialty pharmacy, or related industry.
  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS:

  • Thorough understanding of the Salesforce.com application and experience in designing, developing and supporting the applications.
  • Implement and maintain Salesforce customizations such as custom fields and objects, layouts, workflows, process builder, and validation rule
  • Must be well-organized
  • Detail oriented with a commitment to producing analytic product that consistently meets the highest standards of accuracy
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the demonstrated ability to work in a team oriented environment
  • Strong verbal and written skills
  • Experience with ethical conduct of research preferred, but not required
