The University of California, Irvine (UCI) Office of Educational & Community Partnerships (OECP) seeks to implement new strategic community engagement initiatives designed to build a pipeline for academic programs across the university. The UCI Center for Educational Partnerships (CFEP) within the UCI OECP creates collaborations that support preparation for and success in higher education. Our focus is on equity and access for all students in order to achieve the University of California's goal of academic excellence. As the University of California's largest academic preparation program, EAOP helps students in underresourced schools prepare for college and the work force by completing all UC and California State University admissions requirement, and apply for college and financial aid. Through a series of collaborative strategies that include Academic Enrichment Programs, Academic Advising, Test Preparation, and Parent Engagement; EAOP is position to develop the next generation of university scholars. Your Role on the Team Under direction of higher-level K-14 Academic Preparation Supervisor, works with K-16 students, teachers, parents, and district personnel to develop their general education skills and UC eligibility as part of the Early Academic Outreach Program (EAOP). Collaborates with staff on the implementation of EAOP at targeted high schools. Maintains collaborative relationships with K-14 institutions and / or community entities.
