Position Summary: Responsible for proposal/pursuit coordination and marketing efforts for the assigned region and/or discipline. This hybrid position requires a minimum of three days per week in a JMT office. Immigration sponsorship or support (e.g. H1B, F-1 CPT/OPT/STEM OPT) is not available for this position, except for qualified candidates eligible for the TN visa classification. Essential Functions and Responsibilities 
   
 Lead and manage the coordination, preparation, and review of various proposal and marketing-related submissions, including standard government form proposals (SF 330), qualification packages, technical proposals, presentations, client prequalifications, etc.
 
     
 Search for and enter RFP's into the CRM systemCoordinate all phases of the pursuit process from kick-off meeting to production and delivery and proposal closeoutDevelop pursuit outlinesParticipate in pre-proposal meetings, kick-off meetings, debriefings, etc.Prepare major sections of pursuits, including but not limited to, project descriptions and resumes, tailored for specific pursuit. Work with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to develop content for other pursuitsCoordinate pursuit production (typing, graphics, editing, and reproduction), printing and delivery, with emphasis on quality assurance/quality controlAssist with presentation preparation, presentation materials, etc.Produce consistently compliant high-quality submissions while delivering exceptional customer service
 
Provide essential marketing functions and responsibilities as requiredComplete data entry for CRM database, tracking leads go/no-go, and wins or lossesMaintain visually appealing marketing materials, including resumes, boilerplate information, project descriptions, photographs, and subconsultant informationWork closely and interact with technical, administrative, and marketing staff in other offices, outside vendors, subconsultants, and clientsAdministrative duties related to marketingGather information, conduct market research about prospects/clients/projects, and participate in the development of various business collateral to support continued strategic growthGenerates reports for technical staff on marketing efforts when requiredOrganizational support of office, regional, and corporate marketing effortsAdherence to JMT's Quality Management System (QMS) and ISO 9001:2015 marketing procedures

Required Experience
   
  
   
 Bachelor's degree in marketing, English, journalism, communications, business, or related field3-6 years relevant A/E/C industry experienceKnowledge of the RFP structure and proposal process
 Preferred Experience 
   
 Proven ability in editing technical documents, thoroughly reviewing and proofreading content for accuracy, grammar, and styleExceptional attention to detail, coupled with strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills, ensures thorough and efficient completion of tasksA self-driven person capable of both collaborative teamwork and independent workProficient in CRM SystemsProficient in Adobe Creative Cloud applications, including InDesignProficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel) 
 
 Working Conditions Work can be performed on a hybrid schedule with a minimum of 3 days in office. Work is generally sedentary in nature but may require occasional standing and walking. Lighting and temperature are adequate and there are no hazardous or unpleasant conditions caused by noise, dust, etc. within the office environment.
