The Executive Manager, Marketing Campaign Strategy (Team Lead) is responsible for developing and executing marketing campaigns that guide and engage prospects and customers through every stage of their relationship with our company. This role ensures that we deliver cohesive and compelling campaign strategies that drive meaningful engagement and business results. As a player-coach, you'll lead strategy and execution for our most critical campaigns while managing and developing a team of three campaign strategists who handle lifecycle marketing across our College product portfolio. You'll develop and lead an AI-savvy campaign strategy team that knows how and when to intelligently use AI marketing tools to automate routine tasks and processes that enhance personalization, while maintaining strategic oversight to preserve our brand's authentic voice and human connection with our target audiences. The Executive Manager, Marketing Campaign Strategy (Team Lead) translates business objectives into actionable campaign strategies that drive measurable growth and build lasting, passionate customer relationships. You'll ensure our marketing campaigns remain agile, scalable, and still genuinely human in an increasingly automated landscape. The Campaign Strategy Team Lead is accountable for positioning our marketing organization to compete effectively across today's complex, multi-channel environment while fostering a team culture of strategic thinking and tactical excellence that drives critical conversations and conversions. This role does not currently have managerial duties. This may change in the future to indirect supervision of Marketing Assistants and freelancers, based on business needs. Salary Range: $100,000 - $120,000/year Exemption Status: Exempt Physical Requirements: Requires periods of close concentration; must be able to multi-task; must be able to travel occasionally; work overtime - more than 40 hours a week - regularly, as needed The position is eligible for remote employment, excluding the following locations: Alaska, Arkansas, Hawaii, Mississippi, Nevada, South Dakota, West Virginia, Wyoming.
