Job Title: Senior Product Manager

Join a growing team building diagnostic and troubleshooting tools for production systems to ensure the continued success and scalability of our large and rapidly expanding customer base.

Performance issues and functional bugs must be identified and resolved quickly. As a Product Manager for the Production Engineering development team, you will deliver innovative tools used by Salesforce Engineering and Support teams to detect, diagnose, and prevent these customer-impacting issues.

Your Impact - Responsibilities:

  • Own the product vision for your area. Ensure that it aligns with the overall team and company vision. Evangelize the vision constantly so all stakeholders are aligned, have context and understand where we are going.

  • Represent the customer. Be the champion and voice of customers. Build intimate, personal customer relationships. Bring the customer's voice into the creation process.

  • Manage the product roadmap. Make tough tactical prioritization decisions while helping the company think long-term. Build trust with stakeholders through transparency and collaboration

  • Drive entire feature delivery lifecycle: research user needs; write user stories; design and prototype UX; work with engineering to develop, test and deliver an impactful product on time; collaborate with internal customers to drive awareness and adoption.

  • Develop new opportunities. With your finger on the pulse of the business needs, the users and the engineering roadmap, you are uniquely positioned to discover and develop new opportunities.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience

  • 8+ years of product management or product strategy

  • Analytical inclination - someone who loves numbers and has a passion for deep thinking and solving interesting problems.

  • Leadership DNA - proven ability to excite and lead a cross-functional engineering team.

  • Ability to gather and transform business requirements and technical needs into a successful product strategy.

  • Ability to think about problems from different perspectives and leverage data driven analysis to drive strategic roadmap development and prioritization

  • Strong product proficiency with a passion for driving toward customer value and business impact

  • Strong organizational, written and oral communication skills.

  • Comfort in high-level business discussions with internal/external executives and handling sensitive customer situations.

  • Proven ability to deliver on commitments.

  • Bachelor's degree in technology or business or equivalent would be ideal.

Required Qualifications:

  • Salesforce automation experience.

  • Working knowledge of Salesforce products and APIs.

  • Experience with integration solutions such as

  • Experience with agile development methodologies like Scrum.
