We are recruiting for a Production Supervisor for our manufacturing department.
* Direct and coach production operators in the execution of daily/weekly production schedule for multiple packaging lines. * Efficiently meet and exceed production goals while maintaining safety, quality and productivity while minimizing waste * Collaborate with the other departments for all production needs * Review, interpret and analyze production data to determine if adjustments must be made * Partner with Human Resources in the recruitment, hiring and training of personnel and other employee relations issues * Encourage teamwork, and build morale among staff * Provide strong leadership to staff in regards to professionalism, courtesy, adhering to policy * May conduct period end inventory and routine raw material inventory * Enforce and maintain SOP's, GMP's, and Safety guidelines * Maintain time and attendance records and track performance for operators * Perform other duties as assigned | |
