Description
Responsible for the review and set up of business online and cash management banking profiles to mitigate risks for the Bank and for customers. Handles business online banking maintenance including research and documentation of Shared and Multiple entity profiles. Responsible for Quality Control reviews of documentation as needed. Assist with the compilation and distribution of the weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual reports for the Treasury Management area. Responsible for the compilation and distribution of quarterly internal and external newsletters. Assist with the daily review of reports from the online banking system and monitoring alerts from online banking and the banks monitoring software to mitigate risks to customers and the bank. Assists in maintaining Treasury Management manuals and user guides for customers and employees. Responsible for support of cash management products and services for Treasury Management customers. Works with BDOs and BCMs to expand and emphasize sales and cross sales in achievement of Bank goals and business objectives particularly in the area of cash management-Sweep-Remote Deposit-Positive Pay products/services to promote and grow our overall business relationships. Serves as a support representative for Treasury Management customers and employees by providing efficient service and support and ensuring confidentiality of customer and Bank information. Demonstrates and sets an example for Peoples Bank ECS delivery standards. Identifies prospective Cash Management-Sweep-Remote Deposit-Positive Pay cross sell opportunities. Works with sales staff members to identify, obtain and retain customers. Assist with the annual reviews for deposit and ACH limits and on-site reviews with the Treasury Management Team, Credit Administration and the BSA Officer as needed. Qualifications
