Insurance Advisor

Think Bank is seeking a motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our Think Insurance team as an Insurance Advisor. As an Insurance Advisor, you will have an opportunity to make a difference in the lives of our customers each day by serving as a trusted advisor and advocate focusing primarily on property and casualty insurance.

You will collaborate with business line advisors and branch staff to provide additional resources and advance the customer relationship with Think. You will serve as a resource to business line advisors and branch team members regarding insurance products and services.

As an Insurance Advisor you will:

• Engage in comprehensive conversations with customers regarding their insurance solutions
• As a trusted Advisor you will assess their needs and help them review their risks
• You will partner with other business lines such as Mortgage, Financial Planning, and Business Banking, to provide customers with additional products and services that meet their needs and help them reach their financial goals
• Actively participate as a team member in the branch to support staff and customers and provide training and guidance to teams on insurance products and services
• Work proactively and independently to manage workload and pipeline to effectively prioritize work and customer activity
• Possess the resilience needed to thrive in the ever-changing environment of the insurance industry
• Work in a high-paced environment while providing extraordinary service to your customers.
• Find fulfillment meeting with customers to review their insurance risk, assess potential needs, and recommend and quote best fit insurance products

Education and Experience:

• High School diploma or GED equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in business, finance or related field preferred
• Three years' experience in financial services, preferrable in Insurance
• Minnesota state Property, Casualty, and Life insurance license required or must be obtained within three months

Compensation:$95,880, exempt
