Clinic RN Specialist (Surgical Specialties)

The Surgical Specialties Service Line offers multi-modal care to tertiary and quaternary care patients delivered in an Academic Care Environment. Our Surgeons and providers diagnose, provide treatment, conduct procedures and care for patients though all of our General Surgery, Bariatric, Colon and Rectal, Plastics, and Comprehensive Weight Management Clinics and Programs at multiple locations throughout the Metro Area. What you will do as a Clinic RN Specialist:

• Assesses patient needs and identifies anticipated nursing outcomes
• Coordinates patient care in collaboration with other health care team members
• Implements nursing interventions based on care plan
• Delivers care as delegated by physician/authorized practitioner to assigned patients

What you will need:

• Associate's (ADN) or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN) and current Minnesota RN license
• BLS certification
• 5+ years of hospital or clinic experience, or 2+ years of specialty/critical care experience with specialty certification
• Experience with electronic health record systems

Hours: 40 hours/week
