- Write, refine, and test AI instruction sets that guide agents to deliver clear and accurate responses.
- Build and validate data connections so agents access the right knowledge sources.
- Collaborate with a Senior Technical Analyst to design and deploy AI agents in Copilot Studio.
- Run testing cycles to identify issues, improve accuracy, and strengthen agent performance.
- Document processes, learnings, and best practices to support future AI development.
- Socialize things we can do with copilot agents with various infrastructure teams to identity opportunities for building agents.
- Share progress and insights with the Infrastructure Technology team, influencing how AI is adopted.
- Contribute to the successful launch of two AI agents that deliver measurable business impact.
What You Bring The needed skills and experience for this role include...
- Familiarity with GPT builders and AI tools such as Perplexity.
- Experience working with data science models and analytical tools .
- Experience in technical and content writing , particularly for documentation purposes.
- Knowledge of database systems and data management
- Strong customer-focused mindset with a commitment to user experience.
Education
- Currently pursuing a degree in (Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Science, Systems/software engineering), or a related field
- You must have a GPA of at least 3.0 (overall or within your program) to qualify for consideration in the Intern Program.
Qualifications
- Must be authorized to work in the US and will not require sponsorship now or in the future.
