What would you do as a Supply Chain Data Analyst

As a Supply Chain Data Analyst at Tree Top, your day-to-day responsibilities will involve analyzing data trends, monitoring supply chain performance metrics, and generating reports to drive decision-making. You can expect to work with various data sets to ensure accurate inventory management and optimize operations. Collaboration with procurement, production, and logistics teams will be key, as you will provide insights that help align our supply chain strategies with customer needs. Your typical work schedule will be day shift, Monday through Friday, allowing for a consistent routine while contributing to our high-performance culture.

You'll engage in regular meetings to discuss findings and implement improvements, all while maintaining a focus on safety and excellence. Prepare for an environment that promotes continuous learning and teamwork as you establish yourself in this vital role.

What you need to be successful

To thrive as a Supply Chain Data Analyst at Tree Top, you will need a strong analytical mindset and attention to detail. Proficiency in gathering pertinent data from large datasets and organizing it logically. Ability to apply ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) skills and tools (such as Alteryx, Talend, or SSIS) to harmonize disparate data sets. Interpret data using statistical summaries, Excel pivot tables, SQL queries, and BI visualization tools (e.g., Birst, Power BI, Tableau) to provide ongoing reports and dashboards. Excellent problem-solving abilities are essential for addressing challenges and improving supply chain efficiencies. Moreover, effective communication skills are key, as you'll need to convey your findings to both technical and non-technical teams. A collaborative spirit is vital in this role, as you will work closely with various departments to drive initiatives and align strategies. Adaptability and a forward-thinking attitude will help you navigate the dynamic nature of the food manufacturing industry.

Pay Information

Salary Range: $69,100 to $103,700 annually

Target Starting Range: $70,000 to $80,000 annually

This range reflects the full pay scale for all roles within this position's grade. The actual salary offer will consider various factors, such as experience and, if applicable, location. Tree Top provides a bi-weekly payroll. This position is eligible for yearly incentive based on company performance.
