What you'll be doing...

The Integrated Marketing Senior Manager leads the end-to-end integrated marketing planning for "Perks" initiatives within the IMC organization. This pivotal role drives cross-functional collaboration and operational excellence, managing complex, multi-channel campaigns from planning through reporting.

The IMC will lead at least four high-priority launches annually, various content and social activations, and ongoing marketing updates. The manager serves as the definitive source of truth for program communications, meticulously managing timelines, and collaborating with VCG, CMO, and third-party partners on strategic briefings, creative direction, legal approvals, and QBRs. This autonomous role demands efficient, effective, and strategic work in a dynamic environment, ensuring timely identification and management of all requirements, opportunities, and risks for on-time program completion.

Responsibilities:

  • Author and present impactful Integrated Marketing (IM) execution briefs for new initiatives.

  • Implement campaigns and general marketing efforts designed to increase "Perk-Attach" and "Perk-Activation" rates and contribute to the end-of-year $2 billion revenue goal.

  • Understanding the marketing commitments and other contractual obligations for the Perks and or Content Partners that you will be managing.

  • Collaborate extensively with cross-functional teams (including Value Proposition, Content Partnership, Marketing Activation, Media, Retail, Social, Creator, .COM, PR, CRM, Sales, Customer Success, Learning and Development, and Legal) for the strategic planning and execution of "Perks" marketing initiatives.

  • Centralize and meticulously project manage all launch and marketing campaign details, acting as the sole point of contact for accurate information.

  • Manage day-to-day stakeholder communications, oversee creative/asset reviews, facilitate meetings, and meticulously track project progress.

What we're looking for...

You'll need to have:

  • Bachelor's degree or four or more years of work experience.

  • Six or more years of relevant experience required, demonstrated through one or a combination of work and/or military experience, or specialized training.

Even better if you have one or more of the following:

  • Demonstrated experience working with creative/design teams, media, digital/Customer Experience (CX) platforms, and retail.

  • Expert proficiency in Google Workspace, with a strong emphasis on Google Sheets for conducting partner valuations and Google Slides for developing and delivering presentations.

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Master's degree, or MBA.

  • Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and influencing skills.

  • Prior agency or consulting experience.

  • Proven track record for leading cross-channel teams to achieve integrated marketing objectives.

  • A strong ability to translate market knowledge into compelling narratives.

If Verizon and this role sound like a fit for you, we encourage you to apply even if you don't meet every "even better" qualification listed above.
