Job Description:

As an Implementation Consultant in Crowe's Consulting Practice, you will contribute to Salesforce project delivery, gaining hands-on experience with client requirements, solution design, and system configuration. You'll work closely with experienced consultants, project managers, and developers to support client needs and deliver high-quality solutions.

Responsibilities:

  • Attend client discovery sessions led by a senior consultant, actively listen, take detailed notes, and assist in documenting business needs, pain points, desired future state, and gaps in processes.

  • Translate discovery findings into user stories and acceptance criteria that clearly outline business and system requirements.

  • Support creation of project deliverables such as configuration guides, training materials, and solution documentation.

  • Collaborate with Analysts, Developers, and Consultants to help resolve questions and support progress.

  • Write test scripts for both internal testing and client end-to-end testing, and participate in executing and validating test results.

  • Assist in preparing status updates, client communications, and project tracking documents.

  • Shadow and support senior team members during client workshops, requirement sessions, and project meetings.

  • Over time, take ownership of build activities within Salesforce, including configuration (objects, fields, page layouts, automation, reports, dashboards, security settings) and assisting with integrations, under the guidance of senior consultants.

  • Gain hands-on experience with Salesforce best practices to deliver scalable, high-quality solutions across industries, with a particular focus on sales process optimization.

Skills & Requirements:

  • Actively work toward obtaining Salesforce certifications within the first year, including Salesforce Associate, Administrator, Platform App Builder, Sales Cloud Consultant, and Salesforce Certified Agentforce Specialist.

  • Rapidly upskill of the Salesforce platform and be eager to learn best practices, expanding your skills through training, certifications, and hands-on project work.

  • Work collaboratively within project teams while managing your assigned tasks with high quality.

  • Apply problem-solving and analytical thinking to contribute to client solutions.

  • Log your time and project work accurately.

  • Communicate clearly and professionally with team members and clients.

  • Stay flexible in supporting different roles on a project (e.g., assisting with analysis, configuration, documentation, or testing).

  • Participate actively in team culture, contribute ideas, and bring a positive, growth-oriented mindset.

  • Maintain a professional and proactive approach when receiving feedback, while being an approachable and collaborative resource for teammates.

  • Travel as necessary (less than 30%).

Education:

Currently pursuing a bachelor's or master's degree in the below areas or a comparable major:

  • Business Administration

  • Accounting

  • Finance

  • Operations Management

  • Supply Chain Management

  • Information Technology

  • Information Systems

The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Crowe, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $62,000 - $100,000 per year.
