The ideal candidate will drive web performance, SEO optimization, and governance across regions, ensuring a consistent and high-performing user experience. This individual must be both technically proficient and strategically minded, capable of influencing global stakeholders and evolving our digital footprint in alignment with business goals. • Guide regional marketing leaders to ensure brand consistency and unified digital experience across all localized websites including the adherence to the website style guidelines
  • Manage day-to-day front-end and back-end operations for North American regional websites, primarily within Sitecore CMS, ensuring content accuracy, performance, and alignment with digital strategy.
  • Lead, consolidate, and guide decentralized efforts across international regional websites, supporting global teams in maintaining consistency with Atkore's digital standards and governance framework.
  • Develop and execute SEO strategy using competitive analysis, keyword optimization, and performance tracking across Atkore and competitor sites
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, IT, and business units to enhance website effectiveness and conversion
  • Maintain integration of marketing automation platforms and ensure seamless lead generation workflows
  • Build and maintain governance documentation, system architecture, and standard operating procedures
  • Own the change management lifecycle including development, staging, QA, and backlog prioritization
  • Partner with business units to create and optimize web content aligned with strategic objectives
  • Ensure adherence to SEO best practices, accessibility standards (WCAG 2.2), global security protocols, and data protection regulations (GDPR)
  • Analyze and report out key website performance metrics. Develop actionable insights and strategic recommendations when trends indicate underperformance.
  • Support execution of social media and newsletter strategies to drive engagement and traffic

What you'll bring:

  • 8+ years of experience in web management, digital marketing, or related field
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience managing websites within CMS platforms, especially Sitecore
  • Experience working within the Sitecore ecosystem, including tools such as Sitecore Discover, Search, Content Hub, Personalize, and CDP, is a strong plus.

  • Strong understanding of PHP, HTML5, CSS, JavaScript, mySQL, and cross-browser/platform compatibility
  • Experience with CRO tools (e.g., Hotjar, Optimizely) and A/B testing methodologies a plus
  • Familiarity with WCAG 2.2 accessibility standards, GDPR, and ADA compliance
  • Deep understanding of the marketing funnel and digital tactics across top, mid, and bottom funnel stages
  • Proven experience integrating marketing automation platforms, lead generation workflows, and customer relationship management tools (CRM)
  • Experience with paid search campaigns and performance optimization
  • Strategic thinker with strong communication and storytelling skills to influence stakeholders
  • Demonstrated ability to lead without direct authority, manage priorities, and present digital roadmaps to leadership
  • Passion for innovation and continuous learning in the digital space

  • Begin executing SEO strategy based on competitive analysis and audit findings.
  • Report out monthly to stakeholders about web performance metrics.
  • Roll out updated governance documentation and drive the team to reinforce adherence to website style guidelines across all regions.
