Interns are assigned mentors to guide them through their journey at Pacific Life. What You'll Do You will have an opportunity to learn about wholesaling from the inside, supporting Internal and External Wholesalers in running their daily business through: Sending marketing materials to financial advisors to help them better understand Pacific Life's products and services Compiling, reviewing, and organizing vital data to help Internal Wholesalers follow up on business leads Maintaining the database of financial advisors with current contact and business information Contacting financial advisors to promote continuing education opportunities Working on projects that allow you to collaborate with other interns and employees across several departments Gaining industry knowledge and developing impactful presentation skills Developing your network and creating your brand for future opportunities in the industry Opportunities to meet with Senior Leadership Factors for Success Strong communication, problem-solving, and presentation skills Strong analytical skills and attention to detail Experience with MS Word, Excel, Power Point, and Salesforce The base pay rate for this position is $20.00 per hour. Paid housing available if primary residence is outside of 50 mile radius from office location.
