Job Description and Requirements

This role is part of the Lenovo.com organization focusing on our largest and most critical Enterprise accounts who wish to buy directly from Lenovo digitally. While it is an individual contributor role, the right candidate will have leadership experience and responsibility for achieving excellent solution results by influencing various teams and team members to meet customer and sales team needs. This experienced leader will be adept at using stakeholder and customer feedback to propose high impact and user-friendly solutions either through custom sites or procurement system connections. This person will have strength in asking the right questions and using sensible judgement to lead the planning of solutions that wow our customers. This person will need to critically evaluate the gaps in the current solutions against stakeholder feedback to make sure we propose the right solutions. Then she/he will work with the capabilities team for solution validation and technical approach. Success will be solution development that reflects what our stakeholders and customers need. Responsibilities include understanding problems broadly, defining key features to be delivered, proposing solutions and expressing the proposed solution to teams that need to validate and build it. The right candidate will have a passion and curiosity about customer behavior, industry best practices, technology trends and usage (including AI) in optimizing solutions. This person will have accountability for the end solution as reflected by feedback from sales teams and customers and core business success goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Leading the definition of customer and sales support solutions, guiding decisions for enhancements and process improvements to achieve customer and Lenovo success.
  • Lead communication and change: Package and present improvements clearly to all stakeholders - including executives - and ensure process stakeholders understand updates and value proposition.
  • Negotiating agreement concerning priorities and resources needed at executive level.
  • Evaluating project plans and progress toward timely completion. Responsible for driving corrective actions or priorities.
  • Optimize online customer self-service for Lenovo's largest customers and ensure related internal sales, order management, and service delivery process efficiencies. Continuously improve customer experience to increase satisfaction.
  • Collaborate on AI and automation initiatives: Partner with business units and IT teams to explore how AI and automation can be applied to optimize customer tasks, sales support processes, and user outcomes.
  • Collaborate with Lenovo's customer and product groups (Intelligent Devices, Infrastructure Solutions and Solutions and Services Group) and with stakeholders across Sales Operations, Digital Transformation, and IT to align on solutions.
  • Drive insights and innovation: Use customer and process stakeholder feedback to uncover pain points and deliver actionable improvements.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Operations, Marketing, or a related field (master's degree a plus)
  • 12+ years in B2B sales, sales enablement, digital transformation, or related roles
  • Flexibility to manage many areas of feedback and knowledge base to synthesize, make trade offs and propose the best solutions given variables such as resource, time, technical capabilities

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Direct experience with CRM platforms, and e-commerce platforms,
  • Proven ability to analyze sales processes and data to drive meaningful improvements
  • Track record of managing cross-functional initiatives and collaborating with diverse teams
  • Demonstrated ability to take initiative, identify opportunities, and drive improvements with minimal direction
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills - comfortable presenting to customers, sales teams and executives
  • Analytical mindset and customer-centric approach to process design and functional enhancement
  • Curious and adaptable, thriving in an environment with many opportunities
