Job Summary
The Business Analyst serves as a key enabler of product success, acting as the essential conduit between business stakeholders and technical teams. This position ensures that product solutions are thoughtfully designed and effectively delivered to meet user needs and strategic business objectives. Through close collaboration with cross-functional teams, the Business Analyst drives alignment, clarity, and execution across the product lifecycle, enabling timely delivery within an Agile framework.
Essential Duties
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Build strong partnerships with Product Owners, business stakeholders, and delivery teams to understand strategic objectives, user needs, and expected outcomes. Act as a liaison to ensure alignment between business goals and technical execution.
- Requirements Definition: Lead the discovery and documentation of business and technical requirements through workshops, interviews, and process mapping. Translate high-level concepts into detailed user stories, epics, and use cases that guide development efforts.
- Product Planning & Prioritization: Support product planning by collaborating with Product Owners to prioritize features and enhancements based on business value, user impact, and delivery timelines. Ensure clarity and alignment across teams on scope and objectives.
- Delivery Support & Execution Oversight: Partner with cross-functional teams to drive the execution of product initiatives within Agile frameworks. Monitor progress, remove blockers, and ensure timely delivery of high-quality solutions that meet defined requirements. Drives accountability across our processes and delivery milestones.
- Quality Assurance & UAT Coordination: Define test scenarios and acceptance criteria in collaboration with stakeholders. Coordinate and facilitate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to validate product functionality and ensure readiness for deployment.
- Data-driven Decision Making: Leverage user feedback, behavioral data, and performance metrics to inform product decisions and support iterative improvements. Ensure solutions are continuously optimized to meet evolving business needs.
- Documentation & Knowledge Enablement: Maintain comprehensive documentation including process flows, data models, and user guides. Contribute to the creation of training materials and knowledge articles to support user adoption and understanding of product features.

Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business, Information Systems, or a related field or equivalent experience required.
- Minimum of 2 years experience required.
- Strong working knowledge of Agile methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban.
- Hands-on experience with delivery and collaboration tools such as Azure DevOps or similar platforms.
- Familiarity with documenting and managing user stories, epics, and acceptance criteria in Agile environments.
- Exceptional communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and build consensus across diverse teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with the ability to adapt quickly in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality outcomes that align with business goals.
- Experience in mechanical construction operations or facilities management preferred.
- Understanding of API integrations, data flows, and system architecture preferred.
