Provides data-driven insights to support decision-making, performance monitoring, and continuous improvement for the Alamo Workforce Development project.

* Collect, analyze, and interpret program data.

* Develop dashboards and performance reports.

* Identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.

* Partner with leadership to set goals and evaluate outcomes.

* Ensure accuracy and timeliness of reporting to funders.

Required:

Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Business, or related field.

2-4 years' experience in data analysis or program evaluation.

Proficiency in Excel, Power BI, or similar tools.

All your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.

Extensive standing, and sitting and continuous computer, phone, and deskwork required. Work will be primarily in a defined office environment with specified hours. Will require one on one and group interaction with individuals from a diverse range of backgrounds. Must be available for occasional out of office meetings, conferences, training, and other events as needed.
