Job Description

General Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and curious People Analytics Analyst to join our People Strategy & Analytics team. This role will play a critical part in transforming workforce data into actionable insights that drive strategic decisions across the employee lifecycle. The ideal candidate will bring deep technical expertise in SQL and Python, a strong foundation in data analysis, and a passion for using data to improve the employee experience and organizational effectiveness.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

  • Design and execute advanced analytics projects to support HR initiatives, including talent acquisition, retention, DEI, engagement, and workforce planning.

  • Develop and maintain scalable data pipelines and dashboards using SQL and Python.

  • Partner with HR and business leaders to understand key challenges and deliver insights that inform decision-making.

  • Translate complex data into compelling narratives and visualizations tailored to technical and non-technical audiences.

  • Ensure data integrity, privacy, and ethical use of employee data in all analytics activities.

  • Contribute to the development of predictive models and machine learning applications to forecast workforce trends.

  • Promote a culture of data-driven decision-making across HR and the broader organization.

Knowledge and Skills

  • Advanced proficiency in SQL and Python for data extraction, transformation, and analysis.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience in statistical analysis and data modeling.

  • Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) and storytelling with data.

  • Deep understanding of HR metrics and workforce data.

  • Ability to communicate insights clearly and persuasively to diverse audiences.

  • Knowledge of data privacy and security best practices in handling employee data.

  • Strong collaboration skills and ability to work cross-functionally.

Education and Experience

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Industrial/Organizational Psychology, or a related field.

  • 2+ years of experience in people analytics, HR analytics, or a related data analytics role.

  • Experience working in a fast-paced, matrixed organization is a plus.

Pay Range:

$43 - $65

Disclosure Statement:

The range provided is based on what we believe is a reasonable estimate for the base salary pay range for this job at the time of posting. This role is eligible for an annual bonus and annual equity awards. Some roles may also be eligible for overtime pay, in accordance with federal and state requirements. Actual base salary pay will be based on a number of factors, including skills, competencies, experience, and other job-related factors permitted by law.

In this Hybrid-Eligible role, you can choose to be designated as:
1. Hybrid: work remotely up to two days per week; or select
2. On-Site: work five days per week on-site with ad hoc flexibility.
