What to Expect
Tesla is seeking a skilled Fleet Coordinator for the Semi program. This role involves managing a fleet of demonstration vehicles to support short-term customer pilots, test drive or ride-along demonstration events, and pre-delivery customer training and orientations. Collaboration with the Business Development team is essential to identify customer needs and oversee transportation, documentation, and customer coordination to ensure successful interactions with the Tesla Semi. Additionally, this position requires leading full-day training sessions to educate drivers on features and safe operation of the Semi before delivery into their fleet.
What You'll Do
- Coordinate vehicle scheduling to ensure availability
- Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to transport vehicles to and from facilities
- Procure DOT decals and associated paperwork to ensure vehicles are road legal
- Manage the transportation and deployment of temporary chargers to support pilots and demonstrations in new markets
- Lead orientation and training sessions to provide safety-critical training for safe operation of the Semi
- Set up and maintain proper channels of support for customer operations with service stakeholders
What You'll Bring
- Proven experience in administrative or coordination roles, preferably in fleet management or a related field
- Strong organization and multitasking skills
- Impeccable interpersonal and communication skills
- Self-starter who can handle multiple projects with different requests, schedules, and priorities with minimal direction
- Ability to work within a complex, fluid, and fast-paced, demanding work environment
- Proficient in organizational applications for tracking and visibility across multiple teams
- Experience working with commercial vehicles or heavy-trucking equipment preferred

Expected Compensation
$26.00 - $44.40/hour + cash and stock awards + benefits
Pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements dependent on the position offered.
