POSITION SUMMARY: The Talent Generalist will support the full spectrum of talent acquisition and talent management initiatives across the organization. This role will be responsible for full-cycle recruiting and delivering an exceptional candidate experience, while also contributing to key talent projects such as performance management, onboarding/orientation, and early career programs. The ideal candidate will be proactive, collaborative, and passionate about building and developing a strong workforce. PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES Talent Acquisition:
- Own the candidate experience from start to finish, ensuring a seamless and engaging process.
- Partner with hiring managers to develop accurate job descriptions and hiring criteria.
- Lead full-cycle recruitment for skilled and salaried roles.
- Screen, interview, and recruit candidates for entry-level, professional, and technical positions.
- Drive campus recruitment and support early career programs, including internships.
- Utilize ATS, LinkedIn, job boards, and networking opportunities to source and pipeline talent.
- Manage hiring logistics, including background checks, E-Verify, and onboarding paperwork.
- Responsible for updating the Recruiting Tracking file for open positions and tracking various recruiting metrics, including Time to Fill.
- Explore creative and non-traditional sourcing strategies to attract top talent.
- Promote company culture and values throughout the recruitment process.
- Partner with Marketing to draft and send New Hire Announcements.
Talent Projects:
- Support performance management processes, including annual reviews, goal setting, and coaching.
- Lead or support orientation and onboarding programs to ensure a smooth new hire experience.
- Responsible for updating the Organization Chart.
- Contribute to talent review processes and succession planning initiatives.
- Collaborate on early career development programs and employee engagement strategies.
- Participate in cross-functional HR and talent management projects as assigned.
Education, Knowledge, Skills, and Expertise:
- Bachelor's degree in human resources or related field, or equivalent experience preferred.
- 1+ year of HR or Talent experience preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Experience with performance management and onboarding processes is a plus.
- Passion for building diverse, high-performing teams.
Working Conditions & Physical Demands:
- This position will be primarily in an office environment but may also include time in the warehouse, manufacturing plant, and other locations.
- Up to 10% travel required.
- Need to safely perform all duties. Excellent vision, hearing, speech, and motor skills are required to perform the essential functions of the job.
