The Knowledge & Training Partner is responsible for executing training and knowledge management functions across the enterprise. This role collaborates cross-functionally with business units, support teams, and subject matter experts (SMEs) to develop, maintain, and deliver high-quality training programs and documentation. The position plays a key role in ensuring consistency, accuracy, and accessibility of knowledge and learning materials, supporting both new and existing teams.

"Gauges" of Responsibility

  • Execute training and knowledge management functions
  • Partner influentially with diverse business and support partners across the enterprise to create and catalog SOPs, KAs, Job Aides, eLearning and other training/knowledge materials
  • Partner with LMS admin to ensure training material is current and with SMEs to ensure its continued accuracy
  • Write training plans for new and existing teams
  • Understand the knowledge strategy and ensure adherence with how documents are incorporated throughout all systems enterprise wide
  • Supports and acts as a representative for user experience (UX) for the teams supported
  • Partner with HRBP to determine team needs for: documentation, new hire training, upskilling, work/knowledge transfer
  • Facilitate knowledge transfer process
  • Facilitate training virtually and in person as needed for business

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • 2-3 years of experience
