Operational Excellence Manager

Drives continuous improvement and operational efficiency across the Alamo Workforce Development program. Ensures best practices in service delivery, program compliance, and performance outcomes.

* Implement process improvement initiatives to increase efficiency.

* Develop KPIs, dashboards, and monitoring tools.

* Collaborate with leadership to align operations with funder requirements.

* Provide coaching and support to managers on performance excellence.

* Lead training on process improvement tools and methods.

• Required:
  
  Bachelor's degree required; Master's preferred.
  
  5+ years in operations or program management.
  
  Experience with Lean, Six Sigma, or other process improvement frameworks preferred.
