Pay Range: $34,000 - 48,000

The Delivery Experience Coordinator must exhibit a positive customer-focused attitude, a willingness to go above and beyond to resolve all customer issues, and a sense of urgency to address and resolve customer issues. They must be excellent in working cross-functionally to problem-solve for the right solution. The coordinator must fully understand the brand experience and passionately advocate for the customer to ensure that customers continue to receive exceptional service throughout their home delivery experience.

What You'll Do (Essential Duties and Responsibilities):



  • Representative will be logged into phone systems throughout their workday and is expected to respond to phone calls, emails, and chats in alignment with defined service levels.


  • Work in a team environment to provide high quality service to customers
  • Proactive ownership in a fast-paced environment to identify problems, trends, and report them to leadership for resolution
  • Collaboration with Internal and external partners on home delivery related matters
  • Provide accurate tracking of all customer orders
  • Troubleshoot and solve problems related to home delivery
  • Special Projects as needed
  • Perform other duties as assigned
  • Job is onsite at our Lexington, KY office

What You'll Need (Qualifications):



  • Experience in customer service, order fulfillment/management, or inventory distribution preferred.


  • Experience with Microsoft Office required
  • Zendesk ticketing system and Microsoft AX experience preferred
