Be Part of Our New Hospital Unit - Zayed 2 Bridge Unit We are excited to announce the launch of a new unit, the Zayed 2 Bridge Unit (ZBU), designed to expand our care capabilities and meet the evolving needs of our patients. The ZBU will be a short stay observation unit with patient populations from Neuro, Surgery, Cardiology, and Medicine and housed within the prep and recovery areas within Endoscopy on Zayed 2. At full capacity, the ZBU will admit 8 patients, and nurse patient ratio will be no more than 4 patients. The ZBU is being created to help improve bed capacity and help get patients more timely to the care that they need leading to more positive outcomes. We are looking to open the unit beginning October 6th. As we begin to build our permanent staffing team, we are looking for innovative and patient centered team members to help us begin a strong clinical foundation. To recognize the importance of this new unit and the commitment it takes to build something from the ground up, we are offering Over Time and High Needs rates for RNs who pick up shifts. Important Notices: ***Authorization to Work: Applicants who require sponsorship now or in the future will not be considered for this position. Salary Range: Minimum 38.49/hour - Maximum 59.66/hour. Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility.
