Summary The Hardware Integration Engineer (HIE) provides technical leadership for the hardware production, test and acceptance of simulation training devices. The HIE is responsible for execution of assigned projects from a Hardware planning, manufacturing, assembly, and installation aspect. The HIE leads, monitors and reports the project production progress and performance Identifies resolves, and escalates project issues and risks to meet project deliverables. The HIE will applyindependent judgment and creativity in the performance of tasks that may be broad in scope. The HIE interfaces/coordinates with: Production, Program Management, Finance, Hardware Engineering, Procurement/Sub-Contracts, Material Planning, Production Planning, Quality Assurance and Test Engineering to ensure hardware project execution success.
