Maintenance Technician

Pay Rate: $25 - $30/hr (based on experience)

Shift: Sunday - Thursday | 2:00 PM - 10:30 PM

Responsibilities

• Coordinate service needs with the Site Lead and oversee subcontractors.
• Perform general building repairs (walls, floors, doors, painting, touch-ups).
• Maintain and repair plumbing systems (toilets, urinals, valves, sensors).
• Operate and service HVAC systems, including filter changes and coil cleaning.
• Execute preventative maintenance schedules.
• Complete corrective maintenance work orders (plumbing, carpentry, electrical, general repairs).
• Monitor building automation systems for proper function and temperature control.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; trade/vocational training preferred.
• 5+ years of facility maintenance experience.
• Valid driver's license.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules, manuals, and procedures.
• Strong communication skills and customer service mindset.
• Proficiency with basic computer tools (email, reporting).
