Location Address: 2929 Venture Dr., Janesville, Wisconsin 53546 Work Shift: Salary Exempt (United States of America) The Human Resources Partner is the local human resources representative responsible for implementing Altium's HR and people strategies, and administering core HR policies and procedures. Responsibilities: 40% travel between 3 manufacturing locations. (Janesville, WI; Chippewa Falls, WI; and Moorhead, MN). Responsible for a total of 80 employees across 3 plants. Local HR partner for execution of People Strategies to include: Hourly talent acquisition Employee relations activities Retention analysis & action planning HR Administration for on and off boarding Oversee payroll Timekeeping Compliance Training Benefit and policy questions Administers companywide HR initiatives Drives recognition program initiatives Coach and influences leaders and associates Conducts employee investigations Reasonable mandatory overtime may be required due to business needs.
