Accurately collects and handles appropriate patient samples for diagnosis, treatment, and prevention of disease in support of clinical laboratory operations. We are looking for a motivated, detail-oriented, highly organized, team-oriented person to join our Outpatient Laboratory team supporting, here at Children's Hospital Colorado! Our laboratory testing plays a key role in the detection, diagnosis and treatment of pediatric, adult and prenatal conditions. With state-of-the-art laboratory services, facilities and technologies, we support and guide quality patient care across the pediatric spectrum. Our labs offer a wide range of high-quality lab screenings and diagnostic tests with rapid turnaround times, as well as an unmatched scope and capabilities, including diagnostic tests that aren't available anywhere else in the country. Additional Information Department: Anschutz Outpatient Lab *This role will require travel to support our System of Care locations. Qualifications EDUCATION - High School Diploma or equivalent Duties & Responsibilities An employee in this position may be called upon to do any or all of the following essential functions. These examples do not include all of the functions which the employee may be expected to perform. Procure blood from patients by venipuncture, fingerstick or heel stick to obtain blood samples for analysis following age-specific guidelines. Salary Information Annual Salary Range: $19.17 to $25.83 (based on hours worked and years of experience).
