Sr. System Administrator *Shift: 1st, (8am-5pm) (Hybrid)* *Pay: $95k-$125k /yr (Based on experience)* We are currently seeking a Senior Systems Administrator to join our IT team in a hybrid, on-premises role. This is a full-time, direct hire opportunity for an experienced professional looking to lead infrastructure initiatives, optimize system performance, and support enterprise-level IT operations. Job description: Administer and support Windows and/or Linux server environments (including Active Directory, DNS, DHCP). Monitor and manage system performance, availability, and capacity planning. Perform system upgrades, patch management, and hardware/software installations. Ensure data backups, disaster recovery, and business continuity processes are up to date and tested. Provide escalation support for system-related issues across the enterprise. Develop and maintain system documentation, procedures, and knowledge base articles. Collaborate with network, application, and security teams to support infrastructure goals. Monitor system logs and perform regular security audits in compliance with internal policies.
