The Senior Regulatory Specialist supports daily customer-facing regulatory compliance activities by leveraging expertise in key regulations and maintaining product regulatory systems, including EH&S modules such as global food contact data integrity and compliance reviews. Collaborating with technical, sales, and cross-functional teams, this position addresses compliance-related product formulation needs, ensures accurate documentation-such as GMP records-and oversees Healthcare Compliance reviews, Drug Master Files, and Access letters. The role actively reviews and interprets upcoming regulatory changes, develops strategies to ensure ongoing compliance for finished goods and formulations, and plays a key part in monitoring regulatory developments impacting Avient's products regionally. Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Physical/Environ. Demands Requires standing and sitting for prolonged periods of time, talking and listening. Must be able to walk and use hands. Typically work is in an office environment where the noise level is low to moderate. Occasionally work is in a manufacturing environment where the noise level is loud. Qualifications
