Milwaukee, WI (Southside) 1st Shift, 5am - 1pm 2nd shift, 02:00 pm - 10:00 pm, Mon - Fri $18 - $19 p/hr Job Purpose: Operate forklift, gather materials from inventory and deliver them to work stations via forklift. This requires navigating in narrow isles within the manufacturing. floor. Essential Duties and/or Responsibilities: Solid Forklift operating experience Attach identifying tags to containers, or mark them with identifying information. Read work orders or receive oral instructions to determine work assignments and material and equipment needs. Record numbers of units handled and moved, using daily production sheets or work tickets. Move freight, stock, and other materials to and from storage and production areas, loading docks, delivery vehicles, ships, and containers, by hand or using trucks, tractors, and other equipment. Sort cargo before loading and unloading.
