Description We are seeking a QA Engineer with hands-on experience in Tricentis Tosca to join our growing team on a contract basis. As we expand our QA practice, we're looking for consultants who are not only technically skilled but also passionate about process improvement, standardization, and building scalable testing frameworks. Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and maintain automated test cases using Tosca. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into test scenarios. Contribute to the development of QA processes, best practices, and documentation standards. Participate in test planning, execution, and reporting. Identify opportunities for test optimization and process automation. Mentor team members on Tosca usage and automation strategies. Qualifications: Proven experience with Tricentis Tosca in a professional setting. Strong understanding of software testing methodologies and SDLC. Experience with test data management, risk-based testing, and CI/CD integration. Excellent problem-solving and communication skills. Ability to work independently and proactively in a fast-paced environment. Nice to Have: Experience in Agile/DevOps environments. Familiarity with API testing, service virtualization, or performance testing tools. Prior involvement in QA process setup or transformation initiatives. Why Join Us? Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $45.00 - $60.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
