Overview LMI is seeking a skilled Policy Lead to support the United States Postal Service (USPS). The Policy Lead will manage the assessment, adjudication, updating, and reporting on USPS policies that have been identified for update or retirement. The Policy Lead will manage the day-to-day activities of a team of policy analysts with project management, strategic guidance, reporting, and administrative tasks. The Policy Lead will monitor risks, coordinate document progression, scheduling, data review as well as meeting planning and coordination in a virtual environment with USPS stakeholders. Work will include methods for improving the policy management processes. A successful Policy Lead will support the Program Manager in facilitating team activities, shepherding forward excellent products, maintaining deadlines and requirements, and delivering high-quality outputs to the client.
