Job Summary

At SuperATV we are working to WOW our customers with innovative, race-tested products and world class customer service. Currently, we have a new opportunity to add a Warranty and Returns team member. This role will help continue SuperATV's growth and impact in the off-roading industry.


The Warranty and Returns position is responsible for managing warranty claims and product returns within the manufacturing environment. This role ensures timely and accurate processing of warranty requests, coordinates with internal departments and customers, and analyzes return data to identify trends and opportunities for product or process improvement.

Primary Duties

  • Warranty Management:

    • Review and validate warranty claims against policy guidelines.
    • Coordinate with engineering and quality teams to assess products failures.
    • Maintain warranty records and documentation for compliance and reporting.


  • Returns Processing:

    • Inspect returned products and determine disposition (repair, replace, scrap).
    • Responsible for repackaging returned products.
    • Communicate with customer service regarding return status and resolution.
    • Process electronic warranty claim form utilizing multiple software platforms.


  • Customer and Internal Collaboration:

    • Work closely with customer service, production, and quality teams.
    • Ensure customer satisfaction through timely and professional handling of issues.
    • Cross train in roles/responsibilities to enable the department to provide excellent customer service.



Education / Experience

  • Education:

    • High school diploma or GED.


  • Experience:

    • 2+ years of experience in warranty, returns, or quality assurance in a manufacturing setting is preferred.




  • Physical Requirement:

    • Must be able to lift up-to seventy (70) pounds. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to reach, swivel, and carry items from one area to another. This job also requires standing and walking for long periods of time. Must be able to clearly speak, actively listen, and participate in a collaborative team
