Join our team as a Distribution Specialist II on the 1st shift, where your role will be pivotal in ensuring the safe, accurate, and efficient fulfillment of customer orders to maintain our high standards of timely delivery. This position involves hands-on operation of motorized industrial equipment and active participation in material handling processes to support our production operations. Perform a multitude of functions for the safe, accurate, and efficient fulfillment of customer orders for timely delivery. Use of motorized industrial equipment to load and unload trucks; to transport and locate materials; pick and put-away product; replenish picking locations. Qualifications
Education / Experience
Candidates should possess a high school diploma or equivalent General Education Development (GED) certificate. Previous experience in a warehouse or distribution environment is advantageous but not mandatory, as comprehensive training and support will be provided. Familiarity with safety regulations and motorized equipment operation is highly valued.
