Join us as PMO Manager S/4 HANA Transformation - Americas

Novonesis is seeking an experienced PMO Manager to lead the SAP S/4HANA rollout and the associated transformation across all Novonesis sites in the Americas. This role will be central to the pilot deployments at our U.S. sites in Franklinton and Blair and will expand to include Canada and Latin America.

As part of the global PMO, the PMO Manager will serve as the key link between the S/4 Program organization and the business functions in the Americas, ensuring seamless coordination, stakeholder engagement, and execution.

This transformation is a cornerstone of our ambition to become ONE Novonesis, uniting legacy Chr. Hansen and Novozymes sites under a single operating model. The PMO Manager will help drive this integration by fostering alignment, consistency, and collaboration across regions.

In this role you'll make an impact by:

• Leading the full lifecycle of the SAP S/4HANA rollout in the Americas, beginning with pilot sites and expanding regionally.

• Engaging and activating key stakeholders across operations, finance, and IT, including the global PMO and implementation partner Deloitte.

• Facilitating internal communication across the Americas organization to promote transparency, alignment, and engagement throughout the transformation.

• Driving change readiness and adoption to support the transition to ONE Novonesis through unified ways of working.

• Collaborating with training management to ensure effective enablement and onboarding of end users.

• Overseeing data preparation and cleansing activities critical to deployment success.

• Leading staffing and onboarding efforts for the broader rollout across the Americas following the pilot phase.

• Helping establish a sustainable process excellence and governance framework for the region.

• Building and leading a Process Ownership and Process Excellence community in the Americas post-rollout, consisting of approximately 8-12 team members.

• Providing regular updates to the S/4 Program Director, highlighting progress, risks, and mitigation strategies.

To succeed you must hold:

• Minimum 5 years of project/program management experience, ideally within SAP S/4HANA transformation programs.

• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes in the process industry, ideally in regulated environments like Pharma or Biotechnology

• Proven expertise in stakeholder management, change management, and building up key-user-communities.

• Ability to travel up to 30%, with required on-site presence in Franklinton.

• Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or a related field.

Location: Franklinton, NC (Hybrid)

Expected salary range: $160,000 - $180,000
