Powder Coat Process Lead

5 plus years Lead experience min. in Powder coat painting and 10 in powder coating.

This position goes beyond standard painting-it's about applying advanced technical knowledge to drive precision and quality.

You'll conduct titrations to ensure chemical balance, maximize line density for efficiency, and recognize how to avoid ferrous paint line issues.

As the right hand of the Supervisor, you'll be on the floor actively problem-solving, optimizing processes, and stepping into the booth when needed.

Working position will need to adjust paint line per specific parts
