About the Job:

As an Associate Director, Digital Investment, you'll lead and manage a team while collaborating with clients and account teams to deliver against key objectives. You'll oversee media planning, drive innovation, and maintain expertise in the media space, while building strong client relationships and managing staff to achieve business success.

A Day in the Life:

  • Lead tactical planning and execution of media campaigns, ensuring alignment with client goals and parameters across online and offline channels.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with media partners, identifying new opportunities and innovations to drive client success.
  • Provide strategic guidance and mentorship to junior team members.
  • Analyze root causes of problems and develop ways to rectify them, improving processes and team dynamics.
  • Communicate effectively with key stakeholders, leading client presentations and meetings.
  • Drive business results through clear and persuasive delivery of information, representing the company's values and goals internally and externally.

What you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree preferred, 5.5+ years of experience (2+ in pharma).
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and media applications (Prisma).
  • Strategic thinking, organizational skills, and team leadership.
  • Effective communication and relationship building.
  • Strong technical understanding of media channels and planning.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time, and deliver accurate work products.

Salary

$110,000 - $145,000 annually.
