Job Responsibilities: Safely load, secure, and unload equipment, tools and building materials on all types of trucks. Maintain multiple yard locations, keeping them neat and organized. Perform minor maintenance on all types of equipment and trucks. Rig barge sections/crane parts and miscellaneous equipment. Drive/operate rack truck, loader, and forklift. Ability to operate or willingness to learn how to operate all types of construction equipment for the purposes of loading and unloading. Ability to work outside in all-weather conditions. Maintain a safe and clean work environment. Qualifications/Requirements Must have a can-do attitude and a willingness to do whatever it takes to get the job done. Ability to lift and move 50 pounds. Must have a driver's license, CDL A is a plus. Willingness to work across multiple crews and trades as needed. Rigging experience is a plus. Experience operating cranes, loaders or other heavy equipment is a plus. Knowledge of tools and equipment used in the construction industry a plus. Willingness to work on a flexible schedule.
