Job Description:

Rite-Hite is seeking a Sr. Financial Analyst to play a key role in supporting our functional leadership team members and FP&A team. In this role, you will drive the implementation of FP&A processes and deliver ad hoc analysis that supports enterprise-wide decision making. You will partner closely with finance and functional leaders, including executive leadership, to provide insights, improve processes, and influence business outcomes. You will report directly to the Director of Financial Planning & Analysis.

This position is located at our Global Headquarters in Milwaukee, Wisconsin with a hybrid schedule requiring a minimum of 3 days on-site.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Support the coordination of global financial planning and forecasting processes, including standardization across the business units.
  • Support the progression of forecasting to a driver-based approach, incorporating both internal and external drivers of business performance.
  • Collaborate with accounting on month end results, including P&L and balance sheet activity
  • Lead the consolidation and preparation of monthly financial results, annual budget, semi-annual forecasts, and business metrics for the Rite Hite Enterprise.
  • Manage Headquarter SG&A cost centers and partner with functional leadership team members as needed on adhoc basis.
  • Develop and prepare regular reports and presentations for management, summarizing company performance, trends, and improvement initiatives along with actionable insights.
  • Support adhoc financial analysis and special projects as assigned by management to drive strategic objectives and initiatives.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting
  • 5-7 years of experience in progressive finance roles
  • 2-3 years previous experience working in an FP&A role
  • Experience in industrial manufacturing or distribution environment is preferred
  • Advanced degree or professional certification (e.g., CMA, CTP, FPAC) is a plus.

KNOWLEDGE / SKILL REQUIREMENTS:

  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with proficiency in financial modeling and modern software.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively outside the finance department and across all levels of the organization.
  • Detail-oriented with a high degree of accuracy and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • High level of integrity and dependability with a strong sense of urgency and results orientation.
  • Adaptable in a fast-paced environment and comfortable with ambiguity
