HOPE 4 Youth is a nonprofit organization firmly rooted in the goal of ending youth homelessness. Our mission is to provide pathways to end youth homelessness. Our vision is to ensure all youth feel safe, valued, and supported while reaching their full potential. This begins with meeting their basic needs and leads to giving them the tools to thrive. HOPE 4 Youth provides a safe place for youth to access basic needs support, educational and employment programs and opportunities, and transitional housing options. We believe in the power of a youth's potential and work with the community to improve the challenges unhoused youth face.

Wages & Benefits

$20 per hour; Earned Sick and Safe Time (ESST), H4Y sponsors a retirement plan with a 3% employer match and immediate vesting.

A Typical Day in the Life...

The role of the HOPE 4 Youth Center Support position is to enhance and support the work of the HOPE 4 Youth Center Program Team while working alongside volunteers and greeting the youth we serve with a trauma informed, strength based mindset. Responsibilities will include the following:

Administrative and Programmatic Support



  • Welcome and greet all individuals entering the drop-in center with a trauma-informed, strengths-based approach.
  • Assist youth in accessing services that meet their unique needs.
  • Collect and record electronic data for all services utilized by each youth in the ClientTrack data system.
  • Track youth participation in FHPAP program services using the HMIS Data System.
  • Enter Coordinated Entry Assessments completed by Youth Coordinators into the HMIS Data System.
  • Answer agency phone calls and direct inquiries to the appropriate staff or department.
  • Monitor youth activities and maintain the safety and security of the center.
  • Ensure that front desk forms, new youth intake folders, and related materials are readily available and up to date.
  • Maintain office and program supplies by monitoring inventory and placing orders as needed.
  • Provide administrative support to the program team, volunteers, and support staff.


Data Integrity and Reporting



  • Perform regular data audits to ensure accuracy and work with program managers and staff to address any quality issues.
  • Enter and maintain accurate data to support program reports for the Leadership Team.
  • Collaborate with staff across departments to develop reports and identify trends that highlight the organization's impact.
  • Conduct data analysis and translate findings into clear, actionable recommendations.
  • Contribute to compelling and data-driven storytelling to engage and inform stakeholders.


Who You Are



  • You have a high school diploma or GED.
  • You have experience working with youth ages 16-24 (preferred).
  • You have experience using data collection systems (preferred).
  • You can work effectively in a diverse, mission-driven agency committed to diversity, equity, and inclusion across race, ethnicity, gender identity, sexual orientation, socio-economic status, nationality, and religion.
  • You are proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel) and, ideally, have experience with database management platforms.
  • You have strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
  • You are dependable, professional, and able to exercise good judgment and discretion when handling confidential information.
  • You embrace volunteers as an essential part of the organization's culture, and you can supervise, collaborate with, and foster positive relationships with them.
  • You can maintain positive, healthy relationships with co-workers and contribute to a supportive, team-oriented environment.
  • You can take initiative, juggle multiple priorities, adapt to shifting needs, and remain flexible under changing circumstances.
  • You have clear, professional verbal and written communication skills and can connect effectively with a wide variety of people.
