Business Development Director, K12 Education Arlington, VA Remote Opportunity The Business Development Director will consult with district administrators about how research can transform K-12 districts in a variety of ways. Location: Office is located in Arlington, VA Hybrid or Remote option available Compensation: Hanover Research strives to create compensation and benefits programs that are competitive, equitable and fair. The On Target Earning (OTE) range for this role is $115,000 - $189,000 per year, which is comprised of a base salary range from $80,000 - $105,000 and a variable uncapped commission structure ranging from $35,000 - $84,000 when goal is 100% obtained for this role.Please note that the base salary offered is contingent on the candidate's job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
