The Treasury Analyst (Part time) is responsible for managing ACR's daily and strategic cash activities. This role will ensure sufficient liquidity to support operations, maintain banking and investment relationships, and enhance treasury processes to improve efficiency and financial visibility. The position requires close coordination with our financial leadership and financial planning and analysis teams to develop cash forecasting, oversee treasury systems and controls, ensure compliance with debt and investment policies, adequate cash flow, leveraging ash to maximize investment returns, and to support strategic short and longer-term goals for cash positioning. The scope is sized for approximately 10-15 hours per week, with focus areas adjusted based on operational priorities and the organization's cash management needs. This position reports to the Corporate Controller while supporting the priorities of the VP, Finance & Accounting.

Responsibilities:



  • Cash Management & Liquidity Planning

    • Perform daily cash positioning and monitoring
    • Develop cash forecasts
    • Liquidity analyses and cash budgets
    • Manage daily short-term cash investments to optimize yield
    • Communicate cash needs and liquidity forecasts


  • Treasury Operations & Banking Administration

    • Administer bank accounts, user access and security, signature policies, and compliance
    • Maintain corporate resolutions
    • Analyze banking fees and recommend optimizations
    • Develop and maintain treasury policies, procedures, and controls
    • Monitor and report on debt covenant compliance, typically annual
    • Evaluate borrowing needs and credit facility options


  • Credit Card & Merchant Services

    • Deployment of treasury solutions to improve automation, controls, and efficiency
    • Negotiation of terms and pricing with service providers
    • Coordination with merchant processors and internal stakeholders




Requirements:



  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or similar
  • 3-5 years relevant experience in treasury operations with demonstrated experience in cash flow forecasting required
  • Supported ERP system implementations that automated cash flow analysis and reporting, improving forecasting accuracy and liquidity planning efficiency
  • Experience with Bank of America Cash Pro system (or comparable banking platform)
  • Understanding of Treasury Services, Cash Management, and Banking Services including investment instruments, rules, regulations, compliance, fraud prevention, and related risks

  • Proven analytical thinker with strong data skills, expert-level Excel proficiency, and experience using charts and graphs to drive insights.



  • Demonstrates initiative, critical thinking, and a passion for process improvement, with a track record of leading successful change management efforts.



  • Highly organized and adaptable, excelling in fast-paced environments while managing competing deadlines and delivering high-quality, timely work.



  • Collaborative and customer-focused team player with experience implementing treasury solutions, strong communication skills, and the ability to build integrated cross-functional teams.




Preferred certifications:



  • Certified Treasury Professional (CTP), preferred
  • Project Management Professional (PMP), preferred

While working a Remote schedule, qualified candidates must be able to maintain a schedule of working appr. 10 - 15 hours/week with a set schedule of 8:30A - 11:00A (EST), no exceptions. ACR is committed to a total rewards compensation philosophy that includes base salary in addition to benefits. ACR's goal is to pay competitively and equitably. It is typical for individuals to be hired in the entry to middle of the range for their role, and compensation decisions depend on each case's circumstances. A reasonable estimate of the hourly compensation range for this position is $36.00 - $50.00.
