The Finance Organization within Molex is seeking Finance interns to join our team(s) this upcoming Summer 2026 in Lisle, IL.

Koch Industries has been consistently selected as one of the top 100 Internship Programs in the U.S by WayUp. The internship opportunity will be a 12-week program running from late May to mid-August 2026.

What You Will Do

Molex: Pricing Analyst (Lisle, IL)

  • Analyze different business inputs to advise on price levels across multiple markets.
  • Develop frameworks to guide pricing decisions for high volume quoting activity.
  • Design and model pricing experiments for over 20K different parts sold.
  • Measure impacts of pricing on the overall performance of the business.

Molex: Risk Analyst (Lisle, IL)

  • In alignment with Koch's risk philosophy, complete credit reviews for the purpose of determining appropriate credit limits and terms for new and existing customers across Molex's global customer base.
  • Manage and maintain credit risk exposures of assigned customer base.
  • Provide commercial teams with transparency to portfolio performance and risks to help drive profitable decisions.
  • Complete ad hoc data maintenance projects to ensure accurate reporting to Molex leadership and Koch Industries
  • Identify opportunities for improvement and experiment with technology to optimize Risk procedures.

Molex: Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) Intern (Lisle, IL)

  • Explore advanced tools and technologies to optimize financial reporting processes

Molex: DataCom and Specialty Solutions Financial Analyst Intern (Lisle, IL)

  • Support finance business partners in delivery of monthly financial reporting & analysis to leadership.
  • Assist with development of business insights that will support profitable decision making and improvements across division.
  • Actively participate in cross-functional projects, providing relevant feedback & sharing best practices.
  • Manage review of various master data or financial database projects.

Molex: Supply Chain Finance Intern (Lisle, IL)

  • Prepare detailed financial analysis to support supply chain operations, including cost analysis, budgeting, and forecasting
  • Present financial reports, dashboards, and performance metrics to senior management
  • Analyze income statement, cash flow, and balance sheet results as well as large data sets
  • Analyze plant and product level financials to communicate key stories to the business
  • Partner with the business to solve issues in operations, procurement, and logistics
  • Support business partners in decision making by properly utilizing the Decision-Making Framework
  • Support other ad hoc analyses as needed

Transportation Solutions: Financial Analyst Intern (Wichita, KS or Rochester Hills, MI)

  • Prepare financial models and effectively summarize key assumptions
  • Create meaningful sensitivities to highlight key drivers
  • Be able to analyze income statement, cash flow, and balance sheet results
  • Work with business to develop realistic range of outcomes, and understand the economic impact of those scenarios
  • Analyze product level financials and identify any potential gaps
  • Support business partners in decision making by properly utilizing the Decision-Making Framework
  • Support other ad hoc analyses as needed

Molex: Accounting Controllership Intern (Lisle, IL)

  • Support the month-end close process.
  • Review account reconciliations and supporting documentation for validity, accuracy and completeness
  • Partner with various departments, including plant leaders, global business services (GBS), financial reporting, FP&A, treasury, tax and legal
  • Support external audits and statutory reporting compliance
  • Analyze the financial statements for discrepancies and provide commentary for month over month change in account balances
  • Lead process optimization projects with the goal of driving improvements in efficiency and effectiveness

Molex: Global Process Owner Intern

  • Assist in overseeing key finance processes, including fixed assets, costing, general ledger, accounts payable, and accounts receivable
  • Support the finance transformation intake process by managing requests from the business and coordinating with GPOs and stakeholders to assess value and prioritize initiatives
  • Conduct project analysis by gathering and evaluating data to help GPOs develop informed points of view
  • Assist in developing and reporting against targets and key performance indicators (KPIs)
  • Provide data and analysis to support policy changes, including those related to strengthening internal controls
  • Monitor compliance with corporate policies and assist in drafting and updating policies as needed
  • Prepare communications and materials related to policy updates and process changes

Molex: Global Sales and Marketing Intern

  • Support process refinement efforts, including enhancements to existing financial models
  • Assist with process documentation and capture for improved efficiency and knowledge sharing
  • Prepare reports and develop reporting capabilities to support business insights
  • Conduct ad hoc financial and business analysis as needed
  • Perform data modeling to support decision-making and strategic planning
  • Contribute to market, revenue, and productivity analysis projects, including pending initiatives

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)

  • Enrolled in a degree or alternative program. (e.g., 2-year technical college program, certificate program, upskilling program, etc.)
  • Eligible for full time employment on or before Summer 2027.
  • Legal authorization to work permanently in the United States for any employer without requiring a visa transfer or visa sponsorship.

What Will Put You Ahead

  • Experience with data analytics platforms, business process technology, and basic coding skills such as PowerBI, Alteryx, Tableau, SQL, and robotic process automation
  • Strong Microsoft Outlook skills
  • Strong critical and entrepreneurial thinking skills
  • Initiative, natural curiosity, strong communication skills, and an aptitude for fast-paced learning

For this role, we anticipate paying $27 an hour.
