Key Responsibilities:

Manage the full staffing process: recruiting, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding.

Ensure job descriptions are up-to-date and adhere to local, state, and federal regulations.

Develop and deliver training materials and performance management programs to clarify employee roles and responsibilities.

Create and maintain a compensation strategy informed by market research and pay surveys, ensuring competitiveness.

Investigate and resolve employee issues and conflicts in a timely manner.

Ensure compliance with all relevant local, state, and federal employment regulations.

Utilize performance management tools to provide constructive guidance and feedback.

Apply HR policies consistently and effectively across the organization.

Maintain organizational charts and an updated employee directory.

Collaborate with management to align HR initiatives with strategic business goals.

Oversee and optimize HR systems and processes.

Conduct performance and salary reviews regularly.

Provide leadership and support to the HR team.

Analyze trends in compensation and benefits to keep offerings competitive.

Design and implement employee retention strategies to foster a motivated and committed workforce.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.

5-8 years exp.
