Key Responsibilities

• Collect, audit, organize, and interpret data to generate insights and guide decision-making
• Create and deliver school-wide reports, dashboards, and executive presentations
• Analyze data and utilize artificial intelligence to support the Graduate Programs for Success (GPS) department
• Manage records and documents to support team operations and workflow
• Provide administrative support including budgeting, website updates, correspondence, and meeting coordination

• Associate's degree in data analytics, business analytics, or a related field
• Minimum 3 years of experience in data analysis or a similar role
• Strong skills in data interpretation and presenting complex information clearly
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and other data tools and databases
• Detail-oriented with strong time management and problem-solving abilities
• Effective collaborator and team player
