Job Description

YOUR OPPORTUNITY


We have an exciting Warehouse Associate opportunity in our Guymon, Oklahoma, processing facility. In this highly impactful role, you will be responsible for performing various functions within the warehouse facility, including the daily management of inventory levels, receiving, transfer, distribution, and transportation of materials, organization, and general housekeeping of the facility. Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with management and operations.

RESPONSIBILITIES



  • Receive, unload, and store incoming materials in an organized and efficient manner
  • Inspect incoming materials for defects and damages
  • Maintain general housekeeping and organization of the warehouse facility
  • Operate powered industrial trucks (e.g., forklifts) for receiving, transporting, and distributing materials (certification required)
  • Utilize company software for inventory management and tracking
  • Conduct inventory and cycle counts to ensure accuracy
  • Support inventory optimization efforts to improve stock levels and reduce waste
  • Participate in Lean Manufacturing initiatives, including 5S practices
  • Contribute ideas to improve or streamline warehousing procedures
  • Adhere to all company workplace health and safety policies and procedures
  • Maintain a valid driver's license and a clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) for job-related transportation needs.


QUALIFICATIONS



  • High school diploma required, with proficiency in mathematics and the ability to interpret varying units of measure
  • Valid driver's license and a clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) required.
  • Prior experience in warehouse, shipping, or related field in a high-volume, fast-paced environment preferred
  • Ability to be certified and operate a powered industrial truck (forklift)
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite; advanced Excel skills and M3 experience preferred
  • Strong understanding of inventory accuracy and optimization practices
  • Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing principles, including 5S methodology
  • Proficient in English; bilingual in Spanish is preferred
